The Chutney Bar Inverloch is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to lead busy kitchen operations and support the provision of an authentic Indian dining experience in Inverloch.
You will prepare curries, tandoori dishes, biryani and breads, manage stock, mentor junior cooks and ensure safety and consistency in a quick-paced environment.
A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience are required.
