This is a permanent part time (3 days per week) role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, working directly with end users, and resolving issues in real time.
There is also potential for the role to become full-time.
The option to contract 3 days per week may also be considered.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs.
You will be a practical, customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in fast-paced support environments.
Approachability, valuable written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.
You will bring:
Proven experience inEUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
Strong knowledge ofWindows environments




Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
Experience withMicrosoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
Solid understanding ofnetworking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
Printer troubleshooting experience
Experience working withServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity withITIL practices

Must have avalid driver's licence and own vehicle(travel between sites required)
Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
