Job Responsibilities & Duties
Program & Delivery Leadership:Serve as the senior delivery leader and primary point of contact for enterprise-scale engagements.
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of complex programs involving data virtualization, integration, analytics, and governance.
Technical Architecture & Problem Solving:Conduct on-site and off-site consulting, product implementation, and technical problem-solving.
Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform to address technical questions concerning customization, integration, and enterprise architecture.
Roadmap & Risk Management:Develop and maintain program roadmaps, aligning delivery milestones with customer business objectives.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across internal teams, external teams, and partners.




Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:Build and maintain robust executive relationships with customers, global system integrators (GSIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs).
Establish credibility at all levels and build problem-solving partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to co-innovate and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide prioritized, complete customer-based feedback to Product Management and Sales.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience:Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience managing and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs in data management, cloud, or digital transformation domains.
Technical Foundation:Strong understanding of data integration, data virtualization, analytics, SQL, APIs, and modern data architecture (Hybrid/Multi-cloud data platforms).
Familiarity with the Denodo platform is highly preferred.
Methodology Mastery:Demonstrated success in delivering programs using methodologies such as PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2.
Communication & Presentation:Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
Ability to engage clients in product architecture while effectively escalating and managing expectations.
Continuous Learner:Active listener with high curiosity.
Passionate about emerging technologies (particularly around AI) and finding creative, innovative solutions.
Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
