THE ROLE




End-to-end accounts payable in a high-volume environment
Invoice processing and payment runs using SAP
Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
Maintain AP ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with controls
Support month-end close, accruals and reporting requirements
Manage supplier relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to approval frameworks and financial policies
Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives

THE PERSON
4+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
Strong understanding of AP processes, controls and compliance
Experience working in a fast-paced, growing or changing workplace
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements
High attention to detail with strong time management skills
