Simonds Homes is seeking an organised Permits Officer to join our Knockdown Rebuild team based in Melbourne’s CBD. You will manage permit applications and approvals, coordinating with councils, engineers, developers and building surveyors to keep projects on track.
You will review plans, maintain workflow reports and support stakeholders across the pre-construction process, bringing a solutions-focused mindset and solid attention to detail to a rapid-paced residential construction workplace.
