About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Field Service Technician to service and repair beverage equipment across customer sites throughout the Mackay region. Working autonomously, you will diagnose faults, complete preventative maintenance, and deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably. This role is ideally suited to a qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys hands-on work and autonomous field service activities

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair equipment faults at customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance and service activities
Support a wide range of beverage dispensing and refrigeration equipment
Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support




Maintain accurate service records and reporting documentation
Manage vehicle stock and parts inventory efficiently
Follow safety procedures and proactively identify risks
Participate in on-call and after-hours support on a rotating roster
Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives

Skills and Experience Required
Trade qualification in Electrical or Refrigeration
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using field service technology and IT systems
Full and valid Driver's Licence
Experience with coffee machines or coffee service environments highly regarded
