About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the owner's right hand, making sure everything runs smoothly so the cafés stay organised, high quality, and calm. You'll lead day-to-day operations at Mary's and oversee systems and team management both day and night.

About you
Experienced in café/hospitality management
Organised, proactive and reliable
Excellent with people and leadership
Embraces different cultures and ways of thinking
Calm under pressure
Someone who takes ownership and solves problems
