As Procurement Manager, you will provide trusted procurement, commercial and policy advice to stakeholders across the Department, supporting procurement activities from source to contract.

Key responsibilities
You will help shape procurement approaches, review key documentation and provide expert advice to support informed decision making and value for money outcomes.
As part of a cooperative team, you will also contribute to strengthening procurement capability, processes and practices across the Department.
Create social and economic opportunities for the state.
Support the creation of jobs across the creative, visitor and night-time economies.

What you need
You are an experienced procurement skilled with solid commercial acumen and the ability to provide trusted, expert advice across a broad range of stakeholders.
You bring experience supporting complex procurement activities and can apply sound judgement that balances business needs with governance, probity, risk and value for money considerations.
You are confident building relationships, influencing stakeholders and communicating procurement concepts clearly and practically.
