Biala Services is seeking an NDIS Manager to lead the design and delivery of our community access, 1:1 supports and SIL housing programs. You will own intake, planning, budgeting, and compliance, while frontline leaders execute day-to-day service delivery.
The role requires robust staff leadership, robust governance, and a proactive approach to risk, with a focus on quality outcomes for participants and families. In office leadership with weekend on-call alignment is expected.
