Experienced Barista Wanted - Join Our Busy, High-Quality Café in North Fitzroy
We're looking for a passionate and experienced barista to join our fast-paced, high-volume café located on Queens Parade in North Fitzroy.
This is a Level 2 Casual position with consistent, fixed hours ****** hours per week).
We're seeking someone available to work five days per week, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.
About the Role
You'll be working in a energetic, team-focused environment where quality coffee and outstanding service are at the heart of what we do.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 12 months' experience working on a commercial coffee machine
Confidence in a high-volume service environment
Strong workflow management and consistency under pressure
A team-oriented attitude, supporting fellow baristas and the wider team
You will also be responsible for:




Delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse and loyal customer base
Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and presentation
Contributing positively to a professional, hospitality-driven team culture
