Job Description
YMCA Victoria is seeking an Operations (Lifeguard) Team Leader for the Newstead Outdoor Pool in Mount Alexander Shire.
You will lead the lifeguard team, recruit and schedule staff, and support plant room operations while upholding aquatic safety protocols.
The role requires strong admin skills, experience leading a small team, and a versatile pattern of work with additional hours during peak seasons.
Essential qualifications include CPR, first aid, and lifeguard certification.
