Annual salary of$45,******
Paid study timewhile completing your qualification
Study towards yourCertificate IV in Outdoor Leadership and Outdoor Educationthrough Box Hill Institute
Gain hands-on experience delivering camps and outdoor education programs
7 weeks annual leave
AccrueRostered Time Off (RTO)for hours worked above 38 per week
Overtime paidfor hours worked over 12 hours in a day while on program
Work alongside experienced Outdoor Educators and industry leaders
Build practical skills and nationally recognised qualifications
Potential future employment opportunities upon successful completion
What You'll Be Doing
As an Outdoor Educator Trainee, you'll learn alongside experienced instructors while supporting school camps and outdoor programs across Victoria.
You will:
Assist with the delivery of outdoor education programs
Support students through engaging camp experiences
Learn outdoor leadership and facilitation skills




Participate in industry training and professional development
Complete Certificate IV coursework and practical assessments
Develop skills in risk management, group leadership, and outdoor program delivery
Build confidence in leading groups in outdoor environments
No previous outdoor education experience is required.
