The Foundry in Ballarat is seeking an experienced barista to join our boutique shop and in-house café.
This part time casual position requires flexibility to work across both the café and shop floor, delivering a warm, personalised customer experience.
With at least two years of barista experience (retail experience a plus), you will keep the café area clean, assist with stock, and help guests with product knowledge.
Availability for 2 weekdays and Saturdays is preferred.
