As anAssistant Service Manager, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to support your team, create awesome experiences for children and help keep the service running smoothly.
You'll be hands‐on, connected to the team and part of creating a place where children and educators genuinely love to be.
What you'll be doing
Supporting, mentoring and motivating your OSHC team
Helping create fun, engaging and inclusive programs
Building great relationships with children, families and schools
Supporting rosters, planning, compliance and day-to-day operations
Championing child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
Stepping up for the Service Manager when needed
Contributing to a positive team culture where everyone can do their best
What you'll bring
You'll have relevant OSHC experience,



aDiploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA, and currentBlue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxisqualifications.
More importantly, you'll bringenergy, initiative and a genuine passion for people.
You might be ready for your first leadership role, or already have some leadership experience and be looking for your next challenge.
