Experienced Carpenter | Luxury Homes | Brisbane Inner North
As an experienced Carpenter at Activates Construction, you'll play a key role in delivering some of Brisbane's finest residential projects.
You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople, maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, and help develop the next generation of talent.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality carpentry across custom homes and major renovations
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Work closely with Site Supervisors and subcontractors
Maintain excellent workmanship and attention to detail
Mentor apprentices and less experienced team members
Contribute to a positive team culture on site
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
About You
We're looking for someone who is not only a great tradesperson, but also someone who enjoys helping others learn and takes pride in delivering quality work.
You will have:
Experience in residential construction
Experience with high-end homes or detailed renovations
Strong understanding of quality building practices
Ability to lead by example and mentor apprentices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive,

Current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport
Robust commitment to site safety
