About the role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Advisor to support a large-scale workforce transformation initiative associated with a major HR systems and business transformation program.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, HR transformation, and operating model development who enjoys hands‐on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Working within a small project team, you will play a key role in assessing current workforce and HR service delivery arrangements and designing future‐state operating models aligned to organisational objectives.
Required Experience
Organisational design and organisation restructuring
Workforce planning and workforce management
HR transformation programs
Operating model design and optimisation
Service delivery model design
Business process analysis and gap analysis and documentation
Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Experience working within government or large enterprise environments.
Exposure to HR technology or HRIS transformation programs.
