What You'll Do
Author explicit, structured reasoning traces for complex technical tasks — showing how an expert would plan, reason, and act
Document step-by-step decision-making processes that capture real-world logic and tool use
Create high-quality training data that demonstrates reliable, grounded AI reasoning
Evaluate and iterate on your outputs to meet rigorous quality standards
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Background in Machine Learning,
Computer Science, or a closely related technical field
Able to break down complex logical and technical problems into transparent, structured steps
Robust analytical thinker with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
Confident written communicator — you can explain technical reasoning clearly and precisely
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with how LLMs are trained or fine-tuned
Experience working with APIs, coding assistants, or AI-powered tools
Background in software engineering, data science, or applied research
