About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remedial Construction Estimator to support our growing workload. In this role, you will:
Prepare detailed and accurate reports and estimates for repair and refurb projects
Analyse building reports, engineering documentation, and site inspections
Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost plans
Identify project risks and propose value-engineering solutions
Liaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery





What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:
At least 5 years' experience in remedial or rectification construction estimating
Solid understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectification
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reports
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skills
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
Trade qualification preferred
