Busy Bees is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support Western Australia centres. You’ll partner with State Manager, Area Managers and Centre Directors to implement people strategies, coach leaders, and manage end-to-end industrial relations matters.

The role focuses on practical advice, workforce planning and continuous improvement across WA sites, with interstate travel as required.
