As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless client implementation and onboarding experiences. Working closely with our adviser, clients, product providers and internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of accuracy & compliance. Key responsibilities
Coordinating client onboarding and account establishment processes
Preparing, reviewing and processing implementation documentation
Liaising with clients, advisers, product providers and external stakeholders
Monitoring implementation progress and proactively managing timeframes
Identifying and resolving issues
Maintaining accurate client records, file notes and documentation
Ensuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Supporting process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
About you
Previous experience in a senior implementation, client services or operations role within financial services
Strong understanding of financial planning products, platforms and advice processes
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience managing end-to-end implementation and administration workflows
Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards
Experience with financial services platforms (XPlan & North are highly desirable)
