Working across multiple workstreams, you will provide program-level coordination, governance and reporting while ensuring risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies are effectively managed. This role will suit someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced workplace, connect the dots across complex initiatives and maintain a explicit view of the broader program.

Experience working with Salesforce, Genesys or Verint would be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities
Support program planning, governance, reporting and delivery activities
Manage RAIDD registers, including risks, assumptions, issues, decisions and dependencies
Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Prepare program updates, status reports, dashboards and governance documentation
Monitor key milestones, actions and delivery commitments
Work closely with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation across Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet




Support teams working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
Identify potential delivery challenges and proactively support their resolution

What you'll bring
Previous experience as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst or similar
Strong experience supporting complex programs with multiple workstreams
Demonstrated experience managing RAIDD and program governance activities
The ability to understand dependencies and maintain a program-wide view
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and pragmatic approach with a strong focus on outcomes
The ability to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving setting
