Estia Health is seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to lead risk and safety improvements across our Queensland homes. You will partner with operational leaders to deliver proactive HSW programs, analyze incidents and drive notifiable reporting in line with regulations.
The role is based on the Brisbane or Gold Coast region with hybrid work and regular travel, supporting notifiable incidents, injury management, and culture change to keep residents and staff protected.
