What you need
This role will have a particular responsibility for leading and overseeing student engagement within the Middle School, with a focus on attendance, engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and ensuring students are supported to remain connected to their learning and experience a positive and successful journey through the middle years.
Typically assistant principals will be responsible for the effective use of the teaching staff and program budget of a defined area of the school's operation and for the oversight and leadership of the educational programs provided utilising these resources.
Assistant principals have a primary responsibility for the management of significant areas or functions within the school to ensure the effective development, provision and evaluation of the school's education program.
