Bluebird is seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead current business across Australia and Recent Zealand from outbound to close. You’ll target Tier 2–3 builders on infrastructure, rail, mining, government and manufacturing sectors, working directly with the GM ANZ/Pacific and the global CEO.
The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions (8% first-year licence revenue, then 6%, then 4% for as long as the client stays), located in Sydney or Melbourne with interstate travel required.
