What you'll be doing
As a Casual Educator, you'll help create a place where children feelsafe, included, heard and excited to come each day.
Key Responsibilities:
Build genuine and positive relationships with children
Support children' wellbeing, confidence and development
Create fun, engaging activities based on children's interests
Encourage creativity, curiosity and independence
Work alongside a supportive and experienced team




Connect with families and contribute to a welcoming community
Get involved in excursions, special events and Vacation Care adventures
Bring your own ideas, personality and creativity to the service!
Who are we looking for?
You don't need to have all the answers — we're looking for someone who brings theright attitude and genuine passion for working with children.
Job Requirements:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or other ACECQA-approved qualification) isdesirable but not essential.
Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
A current QueenslandBlue Card(Working with Children Check)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A passion for working with children and contributing to their growth in a play-based setting
Previous experience in OSHC or a similar environment (desirable)
