Uniting AgeWell is seeking a proactive Lifestyle Assistant to join our Hawthorn team on a part time basis.
You will support the Lifestyle Coordinator and help deliver varied programs tailored to individual resident needs, promoting engagement and wellbeing.
You will promote participation in meaningful activities, build friendly professional relationships with residents and families, and contribute to a BEST workplace environment reflecting our values.
