The Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre is seeking friendly, motivated and customer-focused people to join our Customer Experience team.
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, playing an important role in creating a warm, professional and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
You will support customers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services, while building strong knowledge of the centre and helping people find the options that best suit their needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting and takes pride in providing high-quality service.
We are looking for applicants who bring:
A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences for every visitor
Confidence using computer systems, processing information accurately and learning new software
The ability to stay organised, calm and solutions-focused while managing competing priorities




Successful applicants will need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across the centre's opening hours, including early mornings, day time, evenings and weekends:
Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9pm
Saturday: 5.30am to 8pm
Sunday: 7.30am to 8pm
Key Selection Criteria:
Relevant experience within a customer facing and fast paced setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment demonstrating a can-do attitude and a positive work ethic.
An understanding of the key services and programs provided at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.
Available to work a broad range of shifts within centre opening hours – please specify your availability
