Used Car Selling Sales Manager - Five DockWe are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Selling Sales Manager to lead the used vehicle sales operations at our Five Dock dealership.
This is a key role for a results-oriented automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.Reporting directly to the Group General Manager of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales performance, team culture, and the overall success of our used car division.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate the used car sales teams to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targetsDevelop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow revenue and market shareWork closely with Finance & Insurance teams to maximise customer solutions and product penetrationManage inventory, manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and inventory mix to ensure optimal turnover and profitabilityOversee accurate and compliant documentation of all sales transactions, including trade-ins and finance agreementsAnalyse sales performance, market trends,
