About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‐oriented Production Coordinator to join our established team.




This role plays a key part in supporting the sales and operations teams by coordinating production, managing supplier communication, overseeing artwork approvals, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‐paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and have exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Process purchase orders with local and international suppliers
Liaise with suppliers and clients via phone and email
Coordinate artwork approvals between clients, designers, and production teams
Manage freight bookings and track deliveries
Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate job records and internal systems
Support the sales team with production updates and project coordination
Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the production process

Robust attention to detail and administration capabilities
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience
Desirable (but not essential)
Previous experience in a production coordination, customer service, or administrative role
Experience within promotional merchandise, print, apparel, branding, or a related industry is highly regarded
