The OpportunityThis company is a well-established and growing modular building company based in the North-Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
They deliver high-quality residential and commercial modular projects and are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team.The RoleAs a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of contracts, throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with a project manager and external stakeholders, you will ensure that contracts are efficiently negotiated, executed, and managed.
Project types include residential, institutional and education.
To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique prospect, we are looking for:
Degree qualified or relevant experience
Experience as a Contract Administrator for minimum 5 years across either residential or commercial construction
Experience managing stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
Proven ability to utilise cost management softwares such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore
