Talentpath is partnering with a leading Queensland-based aged care provider to recruit a Transformation Initiative Lead to drive a critical operating model transformation program.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you'll lead a portfolio of initiatives focused on organisational design, workforce structures, process improvement and operating model implementation.
Working closely with Executive Leaders, you'll bring structure, momentum and alignment across multiple workstreams to ensure key transformation outcomes are delivered.
This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role in a large-scale transformation program that will influence how the organisation operates well into the future.
The role sits within a major transformation function and works extensively across executive, HR, operational and project stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Lead the delivery of operating model and organisational design initiatives from planning through to implementation
Partner with Executive Leaders to align priorities, manage competing demands and drive program outcomes
Coordinate multiple streams of work across workforce design, position descriptions, training, change and implementation activities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gain alignment and support decision-making
Identify risks, dependencies and delivery impacts before they become roadblocks
Work closely with People & Culture teams on organisational restructures, workforce planning and role design
Ensure governance, reporting and project milestones remain on track
Drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups and maintain momentum in a complex setting
About you
We're looking for a confident transformation professional who can balance strategy with delivery and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You will bring:
Experience leading organisational design, operating model or organisational restructure initiatives
A strong understanding of workforce structures, role design and business transformation
Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and engaging Executive leadership teams
The ability to influence, challenge and drive accountability across multiple workstreams
Strong program or project leadership capability, with experience managing competing priorities and dependencies
Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience within aged care, healthcare or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
