Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of bioanalysis, supporting vital therapies, and expanding Australia's leading laboratories.Key Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Science)Minimum 4 years of hands‐on experience working in an analytical laboratory, preferably within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO)At least 2 years of proven expertise in ligand binding assay development and transfer,
with a focus on immunoassaysStrong understanding of regulatory standards and GLP practices in bioanalytical environmentsExcellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and cross‐functional teamsDemonstrated problem‐solving ability with attention to detail and scientific rigorProven track record of delivering projects on time and efficiently managing multiple prioritiesNice To Have SkillsExperience in troubleshooting and technical investigations of analytical methodsPrevious exposure to regulatory documentation, such as SOPs and ALMsFamiliarity with automation tools and bioanalytical softwareCollaborative mindset with a tendency to mentor and support junior team membersPreferred Education & ExperienceA minimum of an undergraduate degree; a master's or doctoral qualification would be advantageousExperience in a regulated bioanalytical laboratory, ideally with international or multi‐site exposurePast success working within fast‐paced, growth‐oriented teams in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectorsOther RequirementsWillingness to relocate to Australia, with sponsorship support available - motivations for relocating are key!
