NeonNow | Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 remote) | Sydney-basedWe're looking for a Senior QA Analyst who takes pride in quality, thrives on finding edge cases, and enjoys making sure our contact centre platform works exactly as intended — while helping others understand what's changing.
This is a hands-on role with added leadership: you'll own testing for major features, influence scope and acceptance criteria, and champion quality across the team.What you'll do:Lead QA efforts for major features, from planning through to releaseCreate and execute clear test cases, test plans, and exploratory testingSurface risks early and influence requirements, sequencing, and acceptance criteriaLog detailed, reproducible bugs and drive them through to resolutionCoordinate and support UAT, ensuring release readiness is well communicatedCollaborate with developers, product, and design throughout the lifecycleContribute to both customer-facing and internal documentationChampion improvements in QA processes, tooling, and practices across the teamWhat you'll bring:At least 4 years of QA or software testing experience, ideally in agile teamsStrong knowledge of manual testing, exploratory testing,



and QA best practicesExperience with issue tracking and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)Technical understanding of web applications, APIs, HTTP requests/responses, and status codesExcellent written communication and attention to detailOrganised, methodical, and comfortable juggling competing prioritiesStrong collaboration skills — able to influence and work cross-functionallyNice to have:Experience testing complex SaaS/web apps, distributed systems, or cloud platformsFamiliarity with contact centre tech (Amazon Connect, CX platforms, telcos)Hands-on use of tools like Postman, Fiddler, or similarContributions to internal help guides or support contentCertifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or AWSWhy NeonNow:We're a fast-growing tech company building tools that make customer experience better.
