About the Role
You'll manage registry activity across a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand funds.
This is a hands-on role where judgment matters as much as execution.
You'll handle more complex transactions, resolve unclear client instructions and support Registry Officers across the team.
You'll work closely with fund accounting, treasury, compliance and implementation, with all work operating under a maker-checker model.
Responsibilities
Investor onboarding and AML/KYC
Applications, redemptions, transfers and distributions
Capital calls and other capital activity
Payments and investor reporting
FATCA/CRS and registry compliance
Investor communications and queries
Ideal Experience
You'll have 4+ years' experience in registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + super
