Since commencing operations in Australia in ****, we have grown through strategic acquisitions and long-term partnerships, building a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand as part of our broader Aspen APAC regional organisation.We currently have a full time opportunity for an experienced prescription medication sales professional to join our Prescription Sales team in VIC, where you will be responsible for promoting Aspen medications and products to new and existing GP and Medical Centre customers and optometrists across Geelong and South West VictoriaReporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a range of leading products to maintain and grow the Neuroscience, Dermatology, Sleep, Eye Care and Women's Health portfolio in an ethical and sustainable manner.

Building positive and quality relationships with our customers, internal team and business partners is something we take pride in.Responsibilities will include:Promoting a range of leading medications to GPs,



clinics and health care professionals (including community mental health centres, retail pharmacists and optometrists), in line with sales revenue targetsAttending various trade displays to represent Aspen and its Prescription PortfolioDeveloping, implementing and managing your Territory Plan via IMS Sales analysisPlanning and implementing programs within your territory to create awareness and drive adoptionCollaborating with your GP and HSR colleagues on territory planning, sales activities, digital initiatives, events and CRMWorking with Brand and Marketing teams to implement marketing and communication plans and promote Aspen's digital footprintMaintaining the CRM systemTo succeed in this environment you must be self-motivated, pro-active, highly organized and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
In addition:Demonstrated experience in medical sales within the prescription field, together with an understanding of the business models and stakeholders within health networksAn understanding of pharmaceutical pricing/discounts and competition lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create rapport with a variety of peopleTertiary qualifications in a science or health related field highly desirable
