This is a hands‐on role supporting a fast‐paced, highly automated production environment—perfect for a mechanically‐minded tradesperson who thrives on problem‐solving and plant reliability.What You'll Be DoingPreventative and breakdown maintenance across bakery machinery, conveyors, ovens, provers and utilitiesMechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repair of automated plant and equipment (conveyor systems, pneumatics, motor/gearboxes, pumps etc)Supporting production teams to maximise uptime,
reliability and safetyIdentifying and implementing equipment improvement opportunitiesContributing to a positive, team-focused maintenance culture on shiftWhat You BringMechanical Fitter/Trade Qualification (mandatory)Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong fault-finding and mechanical diagnostics capabilityExperience with conveyors, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motorsA proactive, safety-first mindset with solid communication skillsWhy Join Us?
