Job OverviewAt Komatsu Underground, we're looking for an experienced Team Leader - Motors to join our Rutherford facility.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to supervise a skilled team responsible for the overhaul, repair and delivery of electrical motors and components supporting underground mining equipment.Working closely with our workshop teams, planning teams and operational leaders, you'll play a key role in ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.If you're passionate about developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating a high-performing team culture, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supervising the daily operations of the Motors teamPromoting and maintaining a strong safety-first cultureManaging workflow, resources and priorities to meet production and customer requirementsMonitoring quality, performance and productivity outcomesSupporting the development and coaching of team membersWorking collaboratively with planning, engineering and operational stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement initiatives across the workshopEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standardsAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in a frontline leadership, supervisory or team leader roleStrong people leadership and communication skillsExperience coordinating workshop activities and resource utilisationCommitment to safety,
