The Opportunity
As a Charge Up Operator, you'll be responsible for charging development and production blasts, handling and transporting explosives, maintaining underground firing lines and carrying out shot-firing duties to strict compliance and safety standards.
Reporting to the Supervisor Underground Production, you'll join a high-performing crew that plays a vital role in underground blast readiness.

Skills & Qualifications




Substantial underground mining experience (Charge Up or Service crew exposure highly regarded, as well as use of emulsion and ANFO in blasting)Robust mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and problem solveA proactive attitude with a commitment to working safelyAble to work effectively in a team in a physically demanding underground environmentWA Shotfirer's license (or willing to obtain)Valid manual C Class Driver's LicenceWA Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights
