The Role
Healthy Loddon Campaspe (HLC) is seeking an experienced and collaborative Regional Lead to provide strategic leadership for the Health Broker workforce and support the delivery of sustainable health and wellbeing outcomes across the region.
Working with six partner Councils across six local government areas, you will lead workforce capability development, strengthen partnerships with councils and stakeholders, oversee funding and reporting requirements, and drive evidence-informed, place-based approaches that create lasting community impact.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance local needs with a whole-of-region perspective, while fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an experienced and collaborative leader with the ability to build strong relationships and influence positive outcomes across a diverse stakeholder setting.
With a background in health promotion, public health, community development or a related field, you bring experience leading teams, managing projects and delivering strategic initiatives.
You are highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a passion for improving community wellbeing through collaboration, innovation and shared purpose.This role requires a police check assessment and an Employee Working with Children Check.
