They are instrumental in the development and performance of their people and the growth, profitability and retention of their customers.Their leadership capabilities build and nurture relationships both internally and externally for the betterment of the Corporate Traveller brand.You will be responsible for:Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverablesCoaching, developing and motivating team members in a supportive environmentMaintaining the financial health of the businessDeveloping multi-level relationships with both internal and external customersIdentifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvementAssessing,
