For more information visit - and ResponsibilitiesBe available in person with the client for visibility and ease of communication.Build, manage and deepen the relationship with key Client stakeholdersFacilitate key meetings and act as a bridge to offshore with support from the other onshore/deputed roles.Develop comprehensive project plans define project scope and goals and manage milestones deliverables and schedulesWork with business users and leadership to understand requirements present solutions and ensure technical strategies support business objectivesGood proficiency in the Snowflake Data Warehouse projects.Proactively identify potential risks develop contingency plans and manage changes to keep projects on trackMaintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders provide status updates and manage expectationsSet and enforce quality standards ensure proper testing and maintain project documentationIdentify areas for improvement in project management methodologies and tools and mentor other team membersHands on experience on managing testing phase, Jira setup/ dashboard defect triaging.Required skills and experienceTechnical fluency in data platforms infrastructure and software developmentExcellent communication leadership and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience in managing end to end data projectsAbility to connect technical details with the big picture and turn strategy into resultsTo have good awareness on Data tools and technologies Preferably Snowflake.LTM is proud to be an equal chance employer.
