Remote Personnel is currently seeking Site Administrators for upcoming FIFO opportunities across Western Australia.
These are versatile, all-rounder roles suited to individuals who are confident in site administration and willing to assist with utility tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven FIFO Site Administratorexperience – MUST HAVE
Experience with INX- MUST HAVE
Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance(no less than 3 month)
Rio Tinto, FMG, or BHP Inductionsare highly regarded
Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol testing every 28 days
Must also be able to do Utility work when required
Able to complete a PEM medical
Key Responsibilities:
Travel and accommodation coordinationfor staff
Acting as the main point of contact for admin-related issues in office
Performing utility tasks, including cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and other areas
Supporting the camp team and adapting in a fast-paced, remote environment
