You will lead land lease community developments from planning through completion, in office with contractors and cross-functional teams.Reporting to the QLD Construction Manager, you will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, safety, and quality, while supporting handovers and continuous improvement.
A strong background in residential or land development construction is essential.
