Oracle EBS Functional Specialist | Brisbane or Toowoomba | Hybrid Working ArrangementWe are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Specialist to play a key role in supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) across Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse operations.Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will act as the functional SME for critical Oracle modules, driving process improvements, system optimisation, and operational efficiency across a complex supply chain environment.What You'll Be DoingOwn and support Oracle EBS R12 modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Work in Progress (WIP), and Bill of Materials (BOM)Partner with Procurement and Warehouse teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications for development and support teamsLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test plans and assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and implementationsProvide Tier 2/3 functional support and troubleshoot complex Oracle EBS issuesImprove inventory management, warehouse processes, material movements, cycle counting, and planning activitiesDevelop user documentation and deliver end-user training to maximise adoption and system effectivenessWhat We're Looking For Essential ExperienceStrong functional experience with Oracle EBS R12Expertise across Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, WIP,



and BOM modulesSolid understanding of:Requisitions and Purchase OrdersBlanket Purchase AgreementsApproval workflows and hierarchiesSupplier onboarding and managementInventory control and warehouse operationsShipping, receiving, and material planning processesExperience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver system improvementsAustralian Citizenship with the ability and willingness to obtain AGSVA Security ClearanceHighly DesirableExperience with Oracle WMS and Procurement modulesSQL/PLSQL knowledge for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshootingPrevious involvement in Oracle implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement projectsManufacturing or maintenance industry experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesRelevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related disciplineWhy Apply?
