Based at our Taree facility, this leadership position offers a hands-on opportunity to spearhead the setup of a major strategic casting line while optimizing ongoing plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Commissioning: Oversee end-to-end machinery setup, testing, and operational launch for new line installations.Operational Alignment: Direct daily maintenance efforts, manage contractor workflows, and collaborate with internal partners to hit key project targets.System Reliability: Implement strategic preventative maintenance routines to boost equipment uptime and long-term performance.Workflow Management: Direct project timelines, complete regulatory documentation, track milestone metrics, and refine technical processes.Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety, quality, and technical standards across all mechanical and electrical operations.What You BringQualifications: Tertiary degree or trade credential in mechanical,
electrical, or a related industrial field.Background: Proven track record in industrial or production facilities managing capital expenditure works and technical teams.
