You have come to the right place.WesTrac is seeking an experienced Product Support Advisor (PSA) to join our team supporting the Mining Equipment Maintenance operation at Marandoo, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.About The RoleAs a Product Support Advisor, you will work closely with maintenance and operations teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, optimise equipment performance, and reduce operating costs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and advice across the CAT fleetConduct equipment inspections and reliability assessmentsSupport diagnostics, troubleshooting and fault-finding activitiesDrive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with planned component change-outs and warranty supportDevelop strong customer relationships and provide ongoing operational supportEnsure accurate documentation and communication between stakeholdersSupport frontline maintenance teams while minimising downtimeAbout MarandooLocated in the heart of the Pilbara, Marandoo is a major iron ore operation offering the prospect to work alongside a highly skilled maintenance team supporting critical mining equipment.RosterFIFO from Perth8 Days On,
