Young Henrys in Sydney is recruiting a hands-on Venue Manager to lead a current venue opening this October.
You will drive guest experience from the floor, manage a busy team, and own P&L; responsibilities while ensuring compliance and safety.You'll oversee keg rotation, line maintenance, and staff rostering, with a focus on delivering a 4.5+ star guest tone.
Cocktails experience is a plus and RSA/Approved Manager status is required.
