We're partnering with a leading Australian law firm looking to bring on a Senior Business Analyst to work across their core practice management and document systems.
A hands‐on role owning how those platforms run and evolve, working closely with the business to improve the way they support the firm day to day.The OpportunityOwn the day to day running of the firm's practice management and document platforms, including configuration and changesGather requirements from across the business and turn them into a clear, prioritised pipeline of workDeliver enhancements, upgrades and integration work, through to UAT and releaseAct as the first point of contact for system issues and change requestsIdentify where processes are creating friction for users and put fixes in placeSupport reporting and data quality across both platformsWork with vendors on support,



changes and platform roadmapWhat We're Looking ForExperience as a Business Analyst or similar inside a law firm or qualified services businessHands‐on experience with a legal practice management system such as Elite 3E or AderantExposure to document management platforms such as iManage or NetDocumentsGood understanding of how matters run, including billing and document processesComfortable with SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRSExperience delivering system upgrades and enhancements, including requirements and UATStrong communicator across technical and business audiences
