Service and Warranty Supervisor - Melbourne's South EastService & Warranty Supervisor , Melbourne's Service & Warranty Supervisor , Melbourne's South EastJoin Victoria's #1 BuilderAt Mirrastone, we are proud to be Victoria's #1 Builder, delivering thousands of homes each year across some of the state's most recognized brands.Our vision is deliberately simple:"To be the home builder most known for changing consumer views on home building in Victoria."Our group includes industry leading brands such as Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, Soho Living, Marque Property Group and others, delivering homes and communities across metropolitan and regional Victoria.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our team, servicing Melbourne's South East.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential construction who enjoys being out on the road, solving problems, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.The RoleAs a Service & Warranty Supervisor, you will take ownership of post construction service and warranty matters across your region, ensuring our customers continue to receive a high standard of support long after receiving the keys to their new home.Key responsibilities include:Conducting recent home service and warranty inspections across Melbourne's South EastIdentifying, assessing and resolving building defects and maintenance issuesTaking ownership of service matters from initial inspection through to resolutionPreparing detailed inspection reports and service requestsCoordinating trades, suppliers and contractors to complete rectification worksProviding technical advice and guidance to customers throughout the warranty processBuilding strong relationships with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer serviceWorking closely with Service & Warranty Administrators, Technicians and internal stakeholdersManaging warranty outcomes in line with company standards,



VBA requirements and industry best practiceEnsuring service requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed timeframesMaintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the warranty processAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience within a Service & Warranty, Maintenance, Site Supervision or Construction role in the residential building industryStrong understanding of residential construction methods and defect diagnosisSound knowledge of VBA requirements, building regulations and industry standardsExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage customer expectations and navigate challenging situations professionallyA practical and solutions focused approachStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and manage your own region while contributing positively to a team environmentCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceThe following would be highly regarded:Certificate IV in Building and ConstructionTrade qualification within the construction industryExperience working within a volume home building environmentWhy Join Mirrastone?
