This is an exciting role that combines facilities management, contractor management, project delivery, and asset lifecycle planning within a dynamic operational environment.About The RoleReporting to the Head of Airport Operations - Regional, you will play a key role in ensuring the airport's facilities and infrastructure remain safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose.This is a diverse position that balances strategic planning with practical, on-the-ground management, requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage airport infrastructure and asset maintenance programsDevelop and implement planned and preventative maintenance schedulesLead facilities and service contracts, ensuring performance and compliance requirements are metDeliver capital works and improvement projects safely, on time, and within budgetMonitor asset performance and contribute to long‐term asset lifecycle planningBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, tenants, stakeholders, and service providersEnsure compliance with aviation, safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsSupport budget development and cost management initiativesPromote a strong safety culture through effective risk identification and managementAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Essential Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualification or trade background in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Construction, Electrical, Civil,
